Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

ProvenExpert.com, the fast-growing leader in reputation management and employer branding, is looking for another experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager who is ready to set new standards with us.

Your tasks: 

• Create and manage product definition and product roadmaps based on business strategy, customer feedback, and market trends
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks and create user experience diagrams, technical specifications, market research data
• Work closely with internal and external development teams to design, test and launch new products and features
• Monitor and analyze product performance and develop actions for optimization
• Work closely with sales, marketing and customer success to ensure customer satisfaction and commercial success of our products

Your profile:

• t least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in the tech or software space
• Proven experience in leading projects - Strong technical understanding and experience working with teams of developers
• Excellent analytical skills and data driven mindset
• Experience with Confluence and Jira
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong customer focus and a strong understanding of user experience
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong understanding of market conditions and the ability to identify business opportunities.
• Experience with agile work methodologies.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with a willingness to take ownership of a product from start to finish.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills.
• Experience in reputation management and employer branding is a plus.
