In February 2024, we launched our new product ProvenEmployer, which has been online since then. Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of outbound marketing strategies and tactics to promote our products ProvenExpert and ProvenEmployer

  •  

    Conceptualization and management of email marketing campaigns
  • Planning and execution of direct advertising, and other growth hacking activities such as banners and pop-ups, sponsorships, print, and outdoor advertising
• Use of various analytics tools for the measurement of the success of our internal and external marketing strategies (e.g., Facebook/Google Ads Manager)
• Analysis and optimization of marketing activities to improve our KPIs as well as continuous monitoring and reporting of KPIs 
• Likely close collaboration with the sales team for lead generation and qualification of major clients (with more than 1 license)

Qualifikation - Was du mitbringen solltest:

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing and growth hacking
• Experience with automation and our CRM tool HubSpot
• Analytical thinking skills and experience using analytics tools
• Creativity, initiative, and ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
